At Carpet Floor, we sell the best carpets, modern rugs, and flooring in Dubai and across the United Arab Emirates. Your happiness matters to us. If your order does not feel right, this page tells you what to do next.
1. Return Timeframe
You have 7 days from your delivery date to request a return. Your products must be in its original, unused state. Keep the packaging too.
We cannot accept returns on custom-sized carpets or made-to-order flooring. These are cut and prepared just for you.
2. What Cannot Be Sent Back
A few product types fall outside our return policy:

Carpets or rugs cut to custom sizes

Flooring made to your specific order

Items already installed at your property

Products damaged after delivery by mishandling

Anything marked as final sale or clearance
3. Starting Your Return
Getting a return started only takes a few steps:

4. Product Condition Requirements
Before we accept a return, your item should still be:

Free of stains, tears, or marks

Unused, with no signs of wear
-
Packed the way it arrived
-
Complete with original tags attached
Items that don’t meet these standards may not qualify for a return.
5. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
Mistakes happen, and we take responsibility fast. Let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Attach a few clear photos showing the issue.
We will send a replacement service or issue a full refund for your items. You won’t pay a single dirham extra when the fault is ours.
6. When You’ll Get Your Refund
Once your returned item reaches us, here’s what happens:

Our team checks the item within 2 to 3 business days.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment source.

Bank refunds usually land within 5 to 7 business days.

Cash orders can be refunded by bank transfer or cash, your choice.
7. Who Covers Return Shipping
This depends on why you are returning the item:

Our error (damaged or wrong product): Carpet Floor covers the cost.

Changed your mind: The shipping cost falls on you.
8. Swapping for Something Else
Prefer a different color, size, or pattern? Exchanges are available within 7 days of your delivery date. The item needs to be unused and in its original form. Get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
9. Cancelling an Order
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they leave our warehouse. Just message us right away.
Once shipping or installation has started, cancellations aren’t possible. This also applies to custom orders already in production.
10. Not Happy With Installation?
If our flooring or carpet installation didn’t meet your expectations, tell us within 48 hours. We’ll send someone to review the work and make it right, free of charge.
